Step 1: Choose Your Options Select the number of sides (1 or 2), color options (none, 1 color, or multiple colors), quantity, and turnaround speed. Not sure? Message me and I'll help you decide.

Step 2: Share Your Design Ideas Send me your department logo, badge, motto, or concept. Have a sketch? A photo? An idea in your head? I'll work with you to bring it to life. I can also help with design ideas if you're starting from scratch.

Step 3: Approve Your Design Proof I'll create a digital mockup of your coin and send it for your approval. You get 2 rounds of revisions included to make sure it's exactly what you want. Production doesn't start until you give the green light.

Step 4: Receive Your Coins Your hand-finished coins arrive in 3–7 days (for single orders) or 7–10 days (for bulk orders). Rush service available for 48-hour turnaround if you need them even faster.

Q: What's the difference between standard and fast turnaround? A: Both options give you the same quality—laser engraved, hand-finished, and polished. Standard turnaround (5–7 days) fits into my regular production schedule. Fast turnaround (3–4 days) means I prioritize your order to get it done quicker. Most customers who need coins for an upcoming ceremony or event choose fast turnaround.

Q: Do you have minimum order quantities? A: Nope! Order exactly what you need—even just 1 coin. That's one of my biggest advantages over bulk manufacturers who require 50–100 coin minimums.

Q: Can you match our department logo exactly? A: Yes! Send me your logo file (PDF, AI, SVG, or high-res JPG work best) and I'll recreate it for laser engraving. If you don't have a digital file, I can work from a photo or sketch.

Q: What if I need coins faster than 3–4 days? A: I offer rush service for 48-hour turnaround for an additional $20 per coin. This is perfect for last-minute ceremonies or urgent needs.

Q: What colors can you do? A: I hand-paint coins with Testors enamel paint, so virtually any color is possible. Common choices are red, blue, black, white, gold, and silver. For complex multi-color designs, I'll work with you to simplify the design for hand-painting.

Q: What size are the coins? A: Standard size is 1.57" diameter. Custom sizes and shapes are available for an additional fee.

Q: Can I order a sample before committing to a bulk order? A: Absolutely! Many departments order 1–2 sample coins first to see the quality before placing a larger order.

Q: Do you ship nationwide? A: Yes! I ship anywhere in the USA. Shipping costs for small orders are typically $5–$8.

Q: What file formats do you accept for designs? A: PDF, AI, SVG, and high-resolution JPG work best. If you don't have a digital file, I can work from photos, sketches, or even just a description.

Q: Can you engrave photos or portraits? A: Yes! Laser engraving can reproduce photos and portraits, though simpler, high-contrast images work best. I'll work with you to optimize your photo for engraving.

Q: What's your return policy? A: Because every coin is custom-made to your specifications, I don't accept returns. However, I guarantee your satisfaction—if there's an error on my part or you're not happy with the quality, I'll make it right at no cost to you.
